Apertool AI is built around a simple commitment: the operational knowledge you entrust to us remains yours, is handled transparently, and is protected with enterprise-grade care. This page explains how, in plain language.
Customer data ownership
You own your data and the knowledge derived from it. We act as a processor of the information you choose to bring into the platform — documentation, support conversations, field reports, and the expertise of your teams. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to build products for anyone else.
GDPR compliance
Our approach is designed around the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation: lawful and transparent processing, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, storage limitation, and integrity and confidentiality. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we do so under a data processing agreement that reflects these obligations.

Secure processing
Conversations and documents are processed securely, with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based permissions, and the principle of least privilege applied to who and what can reach your information.

Configurable data retention
You decide how long information is retained. Retention can be configured to match your internal policies and legal obligations, and data can be removed when it is no longer needed.
